Doug has over 25 years of hospitality experience, including five star resort hotels, event management, wedding planning, and twelve years of direct to consumer winery experience. Combined with a wealth of high level concierge and winery knowledge, Doug also has four years of luxury wine transportation experience at one of the premier transportation companies in the Napa Valley. Doug is also Class B License Certified for your big groups or wedding parties. His personality is out-going, upscale, comfortable, and impeccable to detail and planning; however, he is also easy-going and good natured if you have the plans and just need him to drive and execute the timeline! He will become your best friend in a matter of minutes, while also providing you with his immense knowledge of the Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino wineries, hotels, and restaurants. Beyond the Bay Wine Tours will become your exclusive transportation service for all of your wine country needs!
Concierge services including restaurants, hotel, airbnb/VRBO, airport transportation, dinner runs, sporting events and other wine country adventures, including personalized wine dinners including, but not limited to: hiring chef, wine host, and event space. Services include the following:
- Luxury SUV Vehicle accommodating up to 7 passengers
- Tours are individually customized; including hotel or restaurant reservations
- All tours include bottled water
- Tasting fees and lunch are NOT included, but can be customized to fit your budget
- Picnic lunches are by request only and can be available for your tour
- A 20% gratuity is added on to the hourly rate.
- Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the full balance.
